Clients of Andalucía Outdoors Viajes tours book an active holiday and there are risks related to this type of trip. Andalucía Outdoors Viajes accepts no responsibility for the death, illness or injury of clients on our holidays. Risks include, but are not limited to: traffic, accidents, illness, and weather conditions. Andalucía Outdoors Viajes is not responsible for any claims, damages, expenses or financial losses resulting from the inherent risks.

All routes are followed at the cyclist’s own risk and cyclists also use any transport provided by Andalucía Outdoors Viajes at their own risk. Andalucía Outdoors Viajes understands that clients participate in vacations without medical conditions that may make the physical activity required in cycling dangerous for them.

Andalucía Outdoors Viajes reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the tour itinerary We reserve the right to choose hotels, change the order of attractions visited or make adjustments to the itinerary.

The payment of the deposit to Andalucía Outdoors Viajes confirms that the client agrees with the terms and conditions.

FORCE MAJEURE

We do not accept liability for loss, expense or damage where the reservation needs to be changed or cancelled, or where we are unable to meet contractual obligations as a result of “force majeure” events.

Force Majeure refers to any event that cannot be reasonably anticipated, or that Andalucía Outdoors Viajes or our suppliers could not reasonably have avoided the result. These events include, but are not limited to, natural or man-made disasters, threats of war, weather conditions, fires, labor disputes, and civil conflicts.

RESERVE CONDITIONS

PAYMENTS

A deposit of EUR 150 is required to confirm the reservation and must be paid within one week after the reservation form is sent. We will send you a receipt for the deposit, confirmation of your reservation and an invoice for the rest of the tour.

The remaining amount must be paid six weeks before the start of the tour. Payment can be made to our bank account in euros Any currency conversion charges must be made at the customer’s expense. We also accept credit and debit cards, with no processing fee for them.

CHANGES
Any change in the holidays must be communicated to Andalucía Outdoors Viajes in writing. This includes any changes in group composition or length of vacations and extensions.

CANCELATIONS
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. The following charges apply to the cancellation of our tours:
5 weeks or more before departure – Loss of deposit
2-5 weeks before departure – 50% of the balance
1-2 weeks before departure – 75% of the balance
Less than one week before departure – 100% of the balance
We recommend that you ensure that your insurance covers the costs of cancellation.

INSURANCE
Clients must have adequate travel insurance to participate in Andalucía Outdoors Viajes tours. We will ask for proof that you have such insurance before the start of the holiday. The insurance must cover cycle tourism, emergency expatriation, health and medical coverage. We also recommend insurance for all luggage and cancellation for holidays abroad.

PRICE
Andalusia Outdoors trip prices are in Euros and include VAT. In general, extras or services not detailed in the itinerary are not included. Please contact us if you need verification.
Entrance fees are not included, except when explicitly stated in the tour description.

FLIGHTS AND ARRIVALS TO SPAIN
Andalucia Outdoors Viajes does not organize flights and clients must make their own arrangements to get to the starting point of each tour.

Transfers in Tour Description
Cyclists use any transportation provided by Andalucia Outdoors Viajes at their own risk. Transfers will be provided where noted on the tours at a time agreed in writing prior to the tour (usually to coincide with flight arrival). Customers who choose to extend their tour are responsible for transfers to and from the extension destination. Andalucia Outdoors Travel will help organize this where possible.

BIKES
All bicycles rented by Andalucía Outdoors Viajes are the responsibility of the client for the duration of the trip. Any damage or loss of bicycles is the responsibility of the client. On self-guided tours, customers are responsible for minor bike repairs, eg puncture repair.

ACCOMMODATION
Clients must send their preference for double, twin or single rooms. On most routes there is a one-time supplement for riders who wish to stay in their own room. This is solely to cover the additional cost of the single room. We will try to accommodate all room preferences, however on occasion a client requesting a single room may receive a double room.

LUGGAGE
Keep in mind that Andalucia Outdoors Viajes is not responsible for the content or its value, of the suitcases in any case, so we recommend that you put some packaging or security system so that they cannot be opened or manipulated in any case. .

The above conditions and terms of the contract and all issues arising from them are subject to Spanish law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
